The Bayer Fund, formerly known as the Monsanto Fund, is dedicated to strengthening the communities where company employees live and work.

The majority of support focuses on St. Louis, MO, and northern New Jersey. The Fund also provides support to organizations located within approximately 55 miles of Bayer's smaller communities.
