The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns counties in Florida.
The A.L. Lewis Black Opportunity and Impact Fund grant program supports organizations and programs within predominantly Black neighborhoods in Duval County to empower residents and enhance communities. The focus is on:

- education; and,
- economic opportunity.
