Description:

Many nonprofits see corporate partnerships as a promising revenue stream but struggle to know where to begin or how to stand out in a crowded landscape. With companies shifting their giving priorities and redefining what meaningful social impact looks like, it can feel challenging to identify the right opportunities or to confidently approach potential partners with ideas that resonate.

During this TargetED session, Alice Ruhnke and Sarah Barton will walk you through the essential elements of building strong, mutually beneficial corporate relationships. You’ll explore practical steps to ensure your organization is truly “corporate ready.”

You’ll learn:
  • corporate social responsibility trends and what businesses want today;
  • how to approach companies with value-driven partnership ideas;
  • how to structure sponsorships, employee giving, in-kind support, and long-term partnerships;
  • ways to ensure your organization is prepared to partner with corporations and,
  • how to build a corporate engagement plan.

You’ll walk away with ideas on how to open corporate doors to funding, visibility, and long-term relationships.
