The mission of the Elton John AIDS Foundation is to be a powerful force in the end to the AIDS epidemic. The Foundation is committed to overcoming the stigma, discrimination, and neglect that keeps us from ending AIDS.

The Foundation's priorities include:

  • empowering young people, with some emphasis on sub-Saharan Africa;
  • supporting LGBTQ+ communities;
  • stamping out stigma for people who use drugs;
