The mission of The Oregon Community Foundation is to improve lives for all Oregonians through the power of philanthropy.

The Foundation provides grants to individuals through the Fields Artist Fellowship. This fellowship is intended to support artists who address important issues in their communities and create meaningful change through creativity and cultural expression.
