The newest Canadian territory of Nunavut is unique in its vast arctic landscapes, as well as its distinctly Inuit culture. However, the remote location creates many economic, healthcare and infrastructure challenges for its inhabitants. The region also suffers from lack of access to education and housing. 

There are many nonprofits that make it their mission to tackle all kinds of challenges in the territory. These nonprofits can only pursue their missions thanks to the generous funding provided by Nunavut grants. These grants can be used for all kinds of purposes, from housing and infrastructure projects, to community health projects and environmental conservation.

There are many different organizations that provide Nunavut grants. This includes territorial agencies such as the Government of Nunavut.
