KFC Foundation

Application deadline: July 31, 2025
Grant amount: Up to $10,000.
Description: The KFC Foundation’s Kentucky Wishes program provides grants to support capacity-building projects that expand access to food and shelter in local communities. Examples of eligible projects include remodeling food pantries, creating community gardens, upgrading animal shelters, and repairing or renovating buildings. Eligible applicants must be local nonprofit organizations, or local chapters/affiliates of larger nonprofits, that directly serve their communities.

Support for U.S. Veterans
Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust

Application deadline: July 31, 2025 and October 31, 2025
Description: The Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust awards grants to nonprofit organizations based in the United States that serve sick and injured veterans and their families. Supported programs may include access to quality healthcare services; assistance for veterans dealing with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, military sexual trauma, and substance abuse; support for mobility and rehabilitation needs, and initiatives that evaluate and address the unique needs of veterans from various eras of military service.

Grants to Support Youth
Dale Jr. Foundation

Application deadline: October 31, 2025
Description: The Dale Jr. Foundation is dedicated to giving underprivileged youth the resources to improve confidence, education, and the opportunity to achieve extraordinary goals. Support focuses on the following areas: empowerment, education, wellness, hunger, and hope. Types of support include monetary donations and in-kind donations of items for auctions and raffles.

Support for Access to Land for Work and Play
Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative

Application deadline: September 30, 2025
Description: The Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative’s mission is to provide practical support for efforts that promote safe, responsible use of off-highway vehicles; educate the public on proper recreational land use and wildlife conservation practices; and protect appropriate and sustainable access to public lands. Support is provided to nonprofit or tax-exempt groups, including clubs and associations, public riding areas, outdoor enthusiast associations, land conservation organizations, and communities with an interest in protecting, improving, expanding, or maintaining access for safe, responsible, and sustainable use by motorized off-road vehicles.

Geographic scope: Organizations in DE, MD, NJ, and PA that are located within a 75-mile radius of Philadelphia
Grant amount: Typically between $5,000-$25,000
Description: The Presser Foundation is dedicated solely to the support of music and music education. Special project support includes pilot programs and first-time collaborations between existing music organizations and other artistic organizations, significant anniversary celebrations of an organization and not of organizational personnel, and initial general operating funding for newly established music organizations. Grants are primarily provided to nonprofit music performance, presenting, and educational organizations.

American Eagle Outfitters Foundation

Description: The American Eagle Outfitters Foundation is committed to showing the world that there is real power in the optimism of youth by supporting causes that educate and empower teens and young adults (ages 15 to 25 years old). First-time applicants may submit proposals for grants of $5,000.

Description: The Campbell Foundation is dedicated to preserving the environment and protecting natural resources. The Chesapeake Initiative seeks to identify, broaden, and enhance leadership and grassroots advocacy by building capacity for those who chart a sensible course for the future. The Pacific Initiative focuses on water quality, land-sea connection, and protection of special places. Types of support include general support, capacity building, and capital campaigns.

Grant amount: Grants range up to $150,000, but vary by the community served
Description: CommonSpirit offers Community Health Improvement Grants to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable and underserved populations in communities served by the company. Grants seek to address significant issues in community health needs assessments, such as improving access to healthcare, mental health, social services, health education, safe shelter and housing, food, and violence prevention. The program is intended both to support the delivery of services and to strengthen collaborative service systems.
